Visor Sun ships from local warehouses to ensure your windscreen sunvisors reach you as swiftly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you shall receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

All standard orders over د.إ29.99 qualify for free shipping. Orders under this threshold shall have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of world: 14–28 business days

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you shall receive an email with a link to track your package in real time. You may also check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

Delivery Attempts

Our carriers shall attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave it in a safe location or leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

  • P.O. boxes
  • Certain remote or restricted areas

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours or your building's reception. If you still cannot locate it, kindly contact us within 7 days and we shall work with the carrier to resolve the matter.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our team. We shall investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs before opening it and contact us immediately. We shall arrange a free replacement.
