Visor Sun ships from local warehouses to get your windscreen sunvisors to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Virgin Islands)

All standard orders over USD $29.99 qualify for free shipping. Orders under that amount will have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on where you are:
- U.S. Mainland: 5–7 business days
- Caribbean & Latin America: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–18 business days
- Rest of world: 14–28 business days
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon arrival. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a link to track your package in real time. You can also check on your order anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.
Delivery Attempts
Our carriers will attempt delivery to the address you provided at checkout. If nobody's available to receive the package, the carrier may leave it in a safe spot or leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. Make sure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we're unable to ship to:
- P.O. boxes
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
If you're not sure whether we can deliver to your area, hit us up before placing your order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with your neighbors or your building's front desk. If you still can't find it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
If your package is way past the estimated delivery window, reach out to our team. We'll look into it with the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement or issue a refund.
If your package shows up visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us right away. We'll arrange a free replacement.
