Return & Refund Policy
At Visor Sun, keeping our customers happy is what we're all about. If you're not chuffed with your purchase, we've got a simple 30-day return and refund process sorted for you.
30-Day Return Window
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. You'll need proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or packing slip.

Every windscreen sunvisor we sell is matched to your specific vehicle. If the product doesn't fit your car as described on our website, we'll cover return shipping and give you a free exchange for the correct item or a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Start a Return
- Get hold of our customer service team via our contact page or give us a ring at +27 (0)21 555 0147. Have your order number handy.
- We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and send you detailed shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable shipping method.
- Include the RMA number on or inside the package.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and check its condition, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Credit/debit card: Refund appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refund is credited to your PayPal account within 3–5 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Need a different size or made a mistake selecting your vehicle? No stress. Get hold of us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out an exchange. If the replacement item has a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't as described, please contact us straight away — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or defect
We'll arrange a free replacement shipment or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, windscreen sunvisors that have been installed on a vehicle cannot be returned unless they are defective. Opened packaging is accepted only if the product itself hasn't been used.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or payment provider first — processing times vary. If you still haven't received your refund, contact us and we'll look into it.
